MotorCheck is a vehicle data and provenance checking service. MotorCheck UK Trade was developed to serve the UK motor trade market with comprehensive vehicle history reports.
The Bottleneck:
MotorCheck needed a B2B platform for the UK motor trade that could deliver comprehensive vehicle provenance checks at scale. The challenge was building a multi-tenant system supporting various business models (PAYG, monthly billing, fixed contracts), handling complex account structures with multiple locations and user roles, integrating real-time data from multiple UK vehicle databases, and providing robust financial management including automated invoicing and payment processing. The platform needed to support both immediate transactions and ongoing customer service workflows like mileage investigations and finance verifications.
